Also, consultancy services on the transportation law, such as drafting, reviewing or negotiating of transportation agreement or on obtaining transportation permits or authorization constitutes an important part of the Radu Sora Corporate Law Firm.

Traffic tickets Complaints. Recovery of a suspended driving license

Because of the experience gained in the area of complaining against traffic tickets, nearly 160 file – with a gaining percentage of 80% - we are able to offer professional services of challenging the sanctions applied by law officers for breaching the Traffic Code (Emergency Government Ordinance 195 / 2002 concerning the traffic on the public roads - OUG 195 / 2002 privind circulatia pe drumurile publice ).

If the case may be, when the driving license is suspended and retained by the Traffic Police, after filing the complaint to the competent Court of Law, we also will obtain the necessary Court certificate in order to recover the driving license from the Traffic Police.

Attention! The minimum fee for drafting and filing the complaint and for obtaining the Court certificate is amounting to EURO 300.
